CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 45 minutes of creating it. You can reach the My Orders menu and click the Make Cancel Request button once in your order.

If your Request Cancellation button is not active, you have reached 45 minutes. In this case, cancellation will not be possible. You can return your order after receiving your order.

Your refund will be processed simultaneously when your order status appears Canceled. It may take a few days for your card to be reflected, and you can provide detailed tracking from your bank.

Returning Order

Since our products are purchased in bulk, no refund is performed.
